President Muhammadu Buhari Receives Libyan Leader in Aso Rock

The stability in Libya has been hinged on the absolute security of Nigeria and the efficient management of the country.
President Muhammadu Buhari made this known today when he received the Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya, Mohammed Younis Menfi at the State House, Abuja.
While disclosing that Republics of Chad, and Niger share extensive borders with Libya the President noted that whatever affects them affects us and that by extension the stability or instability of Libya will directly affect us.
He also expressed happiness that the Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya could personally attend the Summit of Lake Chad Basin Commission which was held in Abuja on Tuesday.
Earlier in his speech, Menfi said Libya was fast evolving, and that it now has one government, which is actively on the ground working towards expelling the mercenaries, and unifying the various parts of the country.
The Libyan leader also disclosed that a democratic election would be held in due course.
